Payment

  • We accept bKash, Cash on Delivery, and bank transfer.
  • All payments are secured through SSL encryption.
  • We may request verification if an order appears suspicious or potentially fraudulent.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery timelines depend on courier schedules and business days.
  • We always try to deliver according to customer demand.
  • YoungHeart is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.
  • Estimated delivery times exclude public holidays, peak periods, and unforeseen events.

Products & Stock

  • Product availability is subject to stock status; customers will be notified if an item becomes unavailable.
  • Genuine leather may show slight variations in color, texture, and grain, which are natural characteristics of the material.
  • Leather products should be protected from heavy rain and excessive moisture, as leather is naturally water-sensitive.

Returns & Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied at the time of delivery, the product may be returned immediately to the courier.
  • Returned items must remain unused and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed after product inspection and approval.

Warranty

  • A 30-day warranty applies to manufacturing defects only.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, poor maintenance, or unauthorized alterations.
  • Approved claims may be resolved through repair, replacement, or refund, depending on assessment.

Cancellation Policy

  • We will contact customers within 3 days to confirm an order; if unreachable, the order may be cancelled.
  • If you wish to cancel after confirmation, please contact us immediately.
  • For dispatched orders, delivery charges remain the customer responsibility.
  • Orders are held for up to 3 days after delivery attempts; after 3 unsuccessful attempts, the order will be returned and delivery charges will apply.

Delivery & Payment Details

Inside Dhaka Metro

  • Delivery charge will be calculated at checkout.
  • Payment: Cash on Delivery or advance payment via bKash or bank transfer.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 working days.

Outside Dhaka Metro

  • Advance courier payment via bKash is required to confirm order.
  • Remaining balance: Cash on Delivery or full advance payment.
  • Estimated delivery time: 4 to 8 working days.
  • Courier representatives will contact customers before delivery.

We always aim for timely delivery; unexpected courier delays may occasionally occur beyond our control.

Return & Exchange

  • Immediate return is allowed at delivery if the product is unsatisfactory and remains in original condition.
  • Complaints regarding defects must be reported within 14 days under normal use conditions.
  • Exclusions include misuse, poor maintenance, accidents, and unauthorized modifications.
  • Resolution may include repair or exchange after product assessment.
